1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77color," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 77color online gaming platform accessible at https://77color.app and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77color platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 77color platform.
• "Platform" means the 77color website, mobile-optimised site, and all related gaming services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 77color subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to 77color is restricted by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77color platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77color platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 77color. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Philippine law.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 77color platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 77color, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 77color or any other gaming operator.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 77color, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 77color account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77color will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of breach: You must notify 77color immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Account currency: All 77color accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

77color is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money-laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires you to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or passport).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name).

77color reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: 77color accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes to one (1) hour. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

Prohibited payment methods: 77color does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.

Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 77color is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

77color offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period specified in the promotion.
• 77color reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or engaging in bonus arbitrage – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• 77color reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in fraudulent or abusive bonus activity.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 77color platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. The following rules apply to all gaming activity:

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 77color's servers, the server record shall prevail.
• 77color reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools.
• Collusion between players in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77color platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tool.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 77color platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77color staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77color platform – including but not limited to the 77color name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design – is the exclusive intellectual property of 77color or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 77color platform without prior written consent from 77color.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77color shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the platform. Gambling involves risk, and you accept full responsibility for all wagers placed on your account.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 77color's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

77color is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 77color platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

77color reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to 77color) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

77color collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

77color will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and regulatory authorities is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of services and compliance with applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

77color reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 77color platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://77color.app/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 77color's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
